INGREDIENTS:

red raspberry leave (rubus ideaus), red clover flowers (trifolium pratense), calendula flowers (calendula officinalis, rose petals (rosa damascena), marshmallow root (althea officinalis).

Prepare the steam by bringing water to a boil either in a kettle or in a pot. add 1/4 cup of herbs to bowl or pot. stir with a spoon so that the herbs infuse into the water.
